Customer Case Study of 120 mm Forged Grinding Balls at a Large Gold Mine
Two-stage closed-circuit grinding system (1# SAG Φ10.40×6.10m + 2# Φ8.20×14.00m). From June 2026, customized Goldpro 120 mm forged steel balls were used to phase out competitor EVRAZ balls in stages. Unit consumption for 1# dropped by 31% and for 2# by 30%, while mill throughput efficiency and grinding fineness remained stable.
